BOOKING & PRE-ARRIVAL

We don’t have a shuttle, but we’re happy to recommend trusted taxi options to and from the airport.

• Taxi: approx. €85–€105 (traffic dependent), usually around 35–45 minutes.
• S-Bahn (train): S1 or S8 connects the airport and the city centre frequently. Our team can point you to the best connection for your timing.

We accept card payments only.

Yes, a valid passport or government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Cancellation terms depend on the rate you book and will always be shown during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

You are welcome to provide a credit card for a third-party payment, which will then be charged upon check-in of your guest. If you would like an invoice, please share your email address and billing details so we can send it to you.

Your company can book your stay through our website and provide a company credit card during the reservation process. The invoice with the full company billing details will be issued at check-out.

Finding a parking spot should be as smooth as possible. That’s why we’ve got a cooperation with Rieger City Garage, just around the corner. You can park there at a discounted price of €15 / 24h, no reservation needed. Don’t forget to validate your ticket at reception.

Yes, we have pet-friendly rooms. Please select the pet option at booking or let the team know in advance so we can allocate the right room. (A fee may apply.)

Haus im Tal is a non-smoking hotel. If smoking occurs in the room, a cleaning fee may be charged at the hotel’s discretion.

No, there are no airport shuttle services but there is a bus stop right at the door.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in starts at 15:00, but you can stop by anytime to drop off your bags and have a refreshment. And if your room is ready, we’ll even get you checked in earlier.
On your departure day, the room is all yours until 12:00. If you’d like to enjoy it here a bit longer, ask reception if a late check-out is possible.

If your room is ready upon arrival, early check-in is possible at no additional cost.

Late check-out is subject to availability. Each additional hour is €20, and the latest possible check-out is 14:00. Beyond that, an additional night needs to be booked.

If you arrive after reception hours, we’ll arrange self check-in for you. You’ll receive all necessary information by email or phone, including the current door code and where to find your room key.

We do not place a deposit hold on your card at check-in. We keep your card details on file so that your room charges and any additional expenses, such as breakfast or drinks at the bar, can be conveniently settled in one final bill at check-out.

Of course. Just speak with the team at reception. We’ll tag your bags and store them safely while you’re out.

You will usually receive your invoice at check-out. If you need a copy, simply send us a WhatsApp message or an email, and we will gladly resend it.
If you prepaid through Booking.com or another platform, you may receive the payment receipt from the platform. We can always invoice any on-property extras directly.

AT THE HOTEL

Wi-Fi is free for all guests. Simply connect to the “Haus im Tal” Wi-Fi — no password required.

Want to work up a sweat while you’re here? Visit our friends over at Prime Time Fitness (Viktualienmarkt). Access is via a band provided at reception (ID card or driver’s license required as a deposit).

We offer a hearty breakfast buffet every morning from 7:30–10:30 for €28.50 — complete with local, vegan, and gluten-free options. Let our team know when checking in if you’d like to add breakfast to your stay, or drop by spontaneously. If you need gluten-free bread, please let us know so we can prepare it for you.
Children: €12 (ages 6–12), free (ages 0–5).

Rooms are serviced regularly during your stay. If you have any specific requests (extra towels, freshen-up, “do not disturb”), just let the team know.

Yes, we offer wheelchair-accessible rooms in selected categories. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm the best option for your needs.

Yes baby beds are available upon request (a fee may apply).

Local trains / metro: Marienplatz — ~5 minutes on foot
Regional and long-distance trains: Munich Central Station — ~10 minutes by public transport
